Now buying the commercial property in Gurgaon is one of the best options of investment, this is because of the rise in the market for commercial property in Gurgaon.

Nowadays Gurgaon is flourishing as a favourite hot destination for property. It is because of good infrastructure and healthy transportation facility. Fine connectivity to suburban areas like Delhi and to surrounding neighbouring states put it in the map of locations for investors. Some important initiatives, like Delhi - jaipur National Highway, Gurgaon- Delhi Expressway , Residential, commercial value and last but not the least metro which gained  and make the Gurgaon a  famous  destination. For the last couple of months commercial property demand is increased manifold around 25 to 30 percent. Now this pace of commercial property demand in Gurgaon increasing day by day at a rapid growth. That is the reason, which brought the charm of the old projects. Around 70 percent space has been booked in last 3-4 months. As the rates are concerned, there is huge rise in rates. Property Expert figured out that earlier Rs 3500 to Rs 4500 square feet cost to get IT space, but now the rate has crossed around Rs 6600 to Rs 7000 per square feet. Commercial space of 500 sq. feet cost around 30-40 lac. As per their analysis, investors are finding better returns on office accommodation.  For small investors there is good opportunity for investment in office property. Nowadays it has been increased in demand.  Even then, if investment is made in up-coming projects then it can also provide good return.
